Title: PEACH CRUMBLE PUDDING
Topping:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
½ Cup Rolled Oats
½ Cup Sugar/ brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Unsalted Butter, cold, cut into small cubes
Filling:
5 Cups Peaches - about 9 to 10
1 Cup Raisins
¼ Cup Sugar
1½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour

Plunge peaches into boiling water to remove skins, or peel them with a vegetable peeler. Cut peaches into slices. Add remaining ingredients and put into a square or round 8" buttered pan. Top with crumble topping. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 min. or until bubbly. Serve warm or cold with ice-cream and drizzle with your favourite topping. Eg. carmel, butterscotch, etc.
